Do we earn our ticket to heaven?

I see a lot of false gospel being preached that salvation isn't complete until we DO something. Baptism, speaking in tongues, "works of faith", service to the poor, living a life of holiness etc. I'm not going to write an article against these beliefs as I think these scriptures are crystal clear on their own.

Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."
Romans 3:24 - "and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,"
Romans 4:16 - "That is why it depends on faith, in order that the promise may rest on grace and be guaranteed to all his offspring—not only to the adherent of the law but also to the one who shares the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,"
Titus 3:5 - "he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,"
Acts 15:11 - "But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will."
Galatians 2:16 - "yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified."
Galatians 3:24 - "So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith."
2 Timothy 1:9 - "who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,"
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
John 1:17 - "For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ."

thank you Jesus, that while I was undeserving of it you gave your life and covered me with your grace and righteousness. There is none good but God alone. Amen
